It requires understanding. 4-day immersive workshop designed to deepen your awareness of how the body moves, adapts, and heals. Through anatomy education, movement analysis, and guided discussion, you’ll learn how and why injuries develop, how to prevent them, and how to better read your body's signals before they become limitations. We’ll explore how alignment, strength, flexibility, and recovery practices work together to support sustainable movement. You’ll also gain insight into how nutrition and daily habits influence tissue health, energy, and healing capacity. On Day 5, the experience concludes with a personalized one-on-one treatment session with Chelsey, where current or ongoing injuries can be assessed and addressed. This session will integrate information learned throughout the workshop and offer individualized strategies to support long-term resilience in your training and performance.
